Returning a filled product if you change your mind
For peace of mind when purchasing online, we offer a hassle-free returns policy.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, You're welcome to exchange any item (excluding custom, bespoke made to order or personalised items) for any reason within 5 days of the date of delivery/arrival so long as it remains in a saleable condition (i.e. brand new and unused) and has all tags and labels still attached. Our charge fee for returning or exchanging is $50 per beanbag or item for processing, unfilling and other related service and administration costs. (ex.postage handling and delivery)

We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (for example using or wear of the goods prior to cancellation).

Products must be returned whenever we agree to provide you with a refund or replace the product. Where you received a defective product, please call us immediately on within 5 days (03) 9370 2088. King Kahuna will refund your returned items automatically once they have been inspected. This refund does not include delivery costs, and includes a $15 service and admin fee.
The King Kahuna returns policy does not apply to products that have been used by you and are no longer in a saleable condition. All items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be processed once products are received and inspected. Alternatively, products for exchanges will be dispatched and tracking details forwarded.
